Coaching focuses on improving energy levels, enhancing physical performance, supporting mental clarity, and promoting balanced nutrition without restrictive dieting. Education, accountability, and practical tools are central to the process, creating a foundation for lasting change.

Alexa-Rae Lowe brings a lifetime of experience in high-performance arenas, from national-level martial arts competition to the intense mental demands of emergency dispatch. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a master’s degree with a specialization in Sport Psychology.
She has walked the path of discipline, burnout, uncertainty, breakthrough, and growth, and built Elevate Mind+Motion to help others develop the skills necessary for sustainable mental and physical health. Her coaching style is holistic, structured, and personalized to fit each individual’s needs.

My son is in a competitive elite sport. He started coaching with Alexa about 6 months ago and it’s made a tremendous difference in how he shows up in his sport. He’s 14, and I asked how he’s felt about his mental training. He said it's made a big difference in his staying present and in his body during competition, that he feels mentally stronger and that he's able to recover and learn from "losses" better than he could before. From my perspective all of those things are true and I've also seen this work positively impact his actions outside of sport and his practice. At home he is more responsive with tasks and requests and is able to pay attention to how he's showing up in a different way. I'm excited for him to continue this work as I know it will serve him well, not just as an athlete but as he continues in life.

My son has participated in Taekwondo for over 10 years and started competing in 6 years ago. Due to a birth deformity, he had to take a break from competing and had reconstructive foot surgery. His return to competition has been a significant road of both physical and mental training. His work with Alexa has really helped him pay attention to how he's thinking about his body and his abilities post recovery so that he can continue to overcome mental blocks or thoughts that may be impacting his performance. I'm grateful to the thoughtful, curious approach Alexa takes while also giving real insights to help my child excel.

Before our son started working with Alexa he struggled with self-doubt and performance anxiety when he was competing which caused poor performance. After he started working with Alexa regularly he has obvious increased confidence and is more at ease and focused when he is in the ring. This last season was his best yet after starting his mental training. We look forward to seeing what continued work over this next season does for him.
